They came out and solve our disappearing email issue in outlook, on 2 computers. Very easy to talk to, were retired and not up on this computer stuff and we understood everything, he even showed us how to sync our phones calendars and email too. Sprint told us it can't be done, but it only took a few minutes.

Preferred Therapy Services has had all sorts of issues with our network and it gives us piece of mind that these guys are out there. Always accommodating and able to provide options in solving problems. We find their service essential and invaluable.

Came out and looked at my TV that was mounted crooked by Best Buy. Its a stone fireplace, so i was worried about what damage would be caused if we had to move it. It turns out the mount was installed improperly, and only needed ONE new hole in the stone. they also patched up the old one. will use again, Boris was great

My computer was running so slow, and kept on blue screening. When they came, my hard drive was going out, according to the tech. I was skeptical, but he took the time to explain why he thought it was going out, and even showed me the diagnostic software that he used. We managed to back up my information and they came back a week later and set up my NEW laptop. It was so easy, and i didst loose anything.

they were not able to fix my laptop that had been dropped, but did recover some of the stuff i had on there. I will be calling again when I get a new one.

I didn't mention in the last comment, but they were extremely nice and came out very fast. i called the night before, and they squeezed me in for a quick diagnostic the very next day, and also did the backup then too. Best By told me i would have to leave it with them for TWO WEEKS, and it was more expensive.

Installed my new soundbar and a harmony remote that they recommended when he did the consultation. I don't know how i ever put up with 4 remotes, its so easy now.

this would be the fifth or sixths time we have them come to us, not because something is broken but  because we retired and have all these toys now, but no one to show us how to use them. Boris is great, he came out and set up our iPad, iPad 2 my new camera ad the photo printer, and a new apple tv for the living room, we have a movie and file server getting built right now, and they will install in next week.

They did a great job setting up my home office with 3 Apple laptops and an older PC desktop. File sharing and auto back up is so much easier that the way we were doing it. We bought some software based on the recommendation and it works great, my movies are easier to edit now. will use again if we need tech help in the future

Redline performed a thorough and professional A/V set-up, including courteous follow-up visit. I highly recommend them for computer or A/V needs and will definitley be using them in the future.

These guys went out of their way to help me get my DLP TV working again. Our tech was getting married next week, and he took the time to come out and do the repair and follow up visit during that time, and even recommended a few things to do to get better life out of the bulb that was replaced. I am very happy with the level of service I got from them.

They came out last year, the week of Super Bowl to fix my DLP that had shorted out. I had called a few places before them and they were all charging a premium the week of, these guys came out and diagnosed it for free. In the end, the TV was not worth replacing parts in, but they got it working for 3 more day to get me through the big game, it didn't cost me anything either.

My laptop was riddled with viruses and spyware, I found Redline in The Shepherd's Guide and called them after I got my laptop back from PC Doctor. Nothing was working right and their tech spent a total of 8 hours here, over 2 days and got it working good as new. Would be confident in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent customer service! Came out on a short notice and took care of the new TV for my husband, hope he likes his Christmas present.
